Warranty

All Songbird instruments come with a 2 year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage. Cases and gig bags are excluded from this warranty. This warranty is to the original owner and not transferable. Damage caused by exposure to extreme fluctuations in temperature or humidity are excluded from this warranty. Songbird Stringed Instruments assumes no liability other than for the actual repair of the instrument. Customer is responsible for shipping to the Songbird Stringed Instruments shop for warranty work or repairs.
Return policy for online orders

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new instrument, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs unless the item was not received as described. A full refund in the original payment method, less any shipping charges, will be provided. Simply contact us for a return authorization and we'll assist you in the process. As a Songbird Stringed Instruments customer, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
